Core requirements: impact resistant, shatterproof, protected from light.

Material & Design:

Multi-layer composite structure: outer PA/PE (puncture-resistant), middle aluminum foil layer (light-shielding ≥99%), inner PE heat-sealed layer;

Ring wrapping design: customized air column curvature according to the shape of the bottle, thickened air columns at the top/bottom (inflatable pressure ≥ 0.08MPa) to fix the bottle;

Anti-leakage treatment: water-blocking coating (e.g. fluorocarbon resin) is added to the inner layer to prevent accidental leakage of wine from corroding the package.

Typical application:

Long-distance transportation of red and white wine in glass bottles;

Shockproof packaging for high-end whisky gift boxes.
