Base material and characteristics

PET substrate: high mechanical strength, good temperature resistance (resistant to -40~80℃ environment), suitable for long-term outdoor use.

Surface treatment: may be coated with silicone oil or fluorine release agent, both waterproof and UV protection.

Release force range: Medium release force (0.3~0.6N/25mm), suitable for agricultural scenarios that require the peeling of protective film and adhesive materials.

Thickness range: 0.05~0.15mm (PE substrate is thinner to reduce cost, PET substrate is slightly thicker to enhance durability).

Weathering resistance: need to withstand UV rays, rain and temperature changes (refer to the weathering index of waterproof release film: -40~80℃).

Application Scenario

Mulch protective layer: Used to cover the temporary isolation of agricultural films (e.g. grass-proof cloth, thermal insulation film) to prevent adhesion or contamination.

Agricultural labeling/packaging: as a backing material for pesticide packaging or seed labeling, which needs to be easy to peel off and without the risk of chemical migration.

Agricultural Tape Isolation: to protect the surface of adhesive materials during agricultural machinery maintenance.
