PE laminated PA (PA/PE)

Material structure: made of nylon (PA) as the outer layer and polyethylene (PE) as the inner layer composite.

Characteristics:

The PA layer provides excellent puncture resistance, high temperature resistance and mechanical strength, while the PE layer improves heat sealing performance and reduces cost.

PA is highly hygroscopic and needs to be compounded to compensate for its poor heat sealing properties.

Application Scenario:

Suitable for food packaging that requires high temperature resistance or puncture resistance (such as cooked food, meat vacuum bags);

Used in the industrial field for packaging precision electronic components or heavy-duty parts.
