Core requirements: crush-proof, breathable and fresh, moisture and mold resistant.

Material & Design:

Breathable microporous film: the outer layer is made of PE/EVOH composite film, and the inner layer is added with microporous structure (pore size ≤ 0.1mm), balancing cushioning and breathability to prolong the freshness period of fruits (e.g. strawberries, lychee transportation);

Antimicrobial coating: the inner layer is coated with food-grade antimicrobial agents (e.g. silver ions) to inhibit mold growth;

Independent air column unit: separated design to prevent fruit collision, and bottom reinforcement layer (thickness 0.08-0.12mm) to cope with stacking pressure.

Typical applications:

High-end berry (blueberry, raspberry) cold chain transportation;

Shockproof packaging for tropical fruits (mango, durian).
