PET Release Film

Substrate & Structure:

Polyester (PET) film as the substrate, the surface coated with silicone oil/fluorine release agent, divided into single/double-sided and light/medium/heavy release force type.

Technical parameters:

Thickness range: 0.012mm~0.188mm

Release force range: light release (<0.10N/25mm), medium release (0.20N/25mm), heavy release (0.35~0.45N/25mm)

Temperature resistance: conventional 180°C (200°C for short time), some high-temperature-resistant type can withstand 260°C (matching reflow soldering process)

Transparency: light source transmittance ≥ 90%

Applications:

Electronic component packaging (PCB/FPC), tape backing, laser anti-counterfeiting labels, food-grade packaging (FDA certification required).
